Payments and Deposits
Deposits vary depending on the price of the pup and is required to reserve the Pup of your
Choice. Deposits are refundable or may be transferred only in the event that: sex of pup you
reserved is not produced, no pups are produced, not enough pups are produced to cover your
pick, or pup chosen dies or develops health problems before customer takes possession of pup.
Deposits are not transferable because of color. Deposits consist of any and all monies paid prior
to pup being 6 weeks of age. We require full payment for pup by 6 weeks of age. Unless other
arrangements have been made and documented on sakes receipt. Failure to pick up or accept
deliver by 8 weeks of age makes this agreement null and void and results in forfeiture of deposit.
Health
We will make every effort to provide our clients with a healthy, loving companion. We go to great
lengths to keep and produce dogs in great health. Your pup is guaranteed to be in good health
upon delivery or pickup, having all shots and worming necessary for the puppy's age. We
recommend taking you puppy to the vet within 48 hours of arrival/pickup, at this time the puppy is
fully guaranteed. Any problems must be brought to our attention immediately, vet bills and
shipping cost will not be refunded.
If puppy develops a life threatening illness prior to 6 months of age, we ask that you notify us
immediately. We must be provided with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian
containing diagnosis and prognosis for pup. Shots and worming are the responsibility of the
buyer. Any pup developing an illness related to lack of shots or worming will not be replaced. All
others will be replaced with a pup of the same value from the first possible breeding or litter that is
on the ground. If pups available are of greater value we will offer to deduct original purchase price
from the purchase of another pup. In no case will a pup be replaced with one of greater value
without the difference being paid by the purchaser. Conditions which can easily be treated are
also not covered by the guarantee.
Dogs of all breeds are prone to bacterial, viral, staph and fungal infections as well as various forms
of Dermatitis, Allergies, Demodex and Color Mutant Alopecia. We and our Partner Kennel have
had lengthy conversations with our Vets and as a result of our findings we do not guarantee
against any skin or coat problems. Nor will we be responsible for skin and/or coat problems that
are common for dogs. Most of these coat problems are easily and inexpensively treated. Most
breeders will not tell you about these common problems, but we feel it is your right to know. We
have seen it produced in all bloodlines and all colors. Not all dogs will be affected by skin
problems, but you must be prepared to treat your dog in the event that one does occur. We will
not knowingly breed any dog that is a producer of skin disease. There is no test available for
these problems prior to signs of infection. Adult dogs can be carriers and not ever show signs of
infection. For more information on this please discuss this with your Vet and research it online.
All puppies are not guaranteed to be show quality. We do not make guarantees that a particular
coat color and/or pattern will be produced in any litter. We do specialize in Red, Whites and Blues
but cannot make that guarantee. Any other coat color is possible in all litters produced.
We do not make any guarantees on dogs that are acquired as the result of a puppy trade for stud
service from any of our studs for any reasons.

Shipping costs are not included in price of pup. All shipping and crate fees must be paid by the
buyer. Cost to ship is as follows.
Certificate of Health: Any airline you use will request that you have the animal being shipped
fully examined by a licensed vet before it can enter the plane. The certificate is $55.00
Shipping Crate: The shipping crate must be "Airport Certified". The one we ship our pups/dogs
in is "Airport Certified". It is bought at "Pet SMart" and according to the size of the animal being
shipped. Crates start at $30.00 and up.
Water Needs: The night before your pup/dog is shipped we fill the water bowl with water and
freeze it over night, that way the pup will have water pretty much throughout the flight. The pup will
be bathed and feed the night before shipment.
Weather and Flight Conditions: Airlines have special guidelines to go buy when it comes to
shipping an animal. Delta usually stops shipping in June, the weather gets to hot for the animal to
be on the ground, in a crate, waiting for its connection to the next flight. However the area the
animal is in on the plane (luggage area) is temperature controlled and is air conditioned.
Sometimes the Airline will let the breeder make the decision though.
Flight Options: Prices on shipping by this option are dependent upon the time of the year.
There are two options when it comes to shipping. First Class Priority is for a crate under 27 inches
long and a little more for larger crates. Your second option, most common is Delta Dash. This is a
regular flight arrangement for a dog under 50lbs total with crate.
